Returns will be considered as individual cases, depending on circumstances and is the decision of On Board Charcuterie
No chargebacks. If you encounter a problem, notify us within 24 hours, and we will correct the issue
On Board Charcuterie is not responsible for the handling and freshness of our product once it leaves our store.

**We include a Food Handling Safety card with each delivery and take-out item to insure safe serving rules, the need for refrigeration, avoiding exposure to heat, etc. .
On Board Charcuterie is “safe serve” trained and we make food safety our #1 priority.

Cut-Off time for delivery orders is 3:00 pm. Please allow 24 hours for delivery of most Boards/Boxes.
Large Boards require 48-72 hours notice for delivery and set-up.
