Food Handling

After delivery, you, the client, are responsible for the safe handling, storage (refrigeration) and care of the food items on your board/box. 

If not consumed immediately, the board/box must be stored in the refrigerator at a temp of 36* to 38* F.

DO NOT allow the board/box to sit out, or be exposed to,heat or humidity.  Your board/box contains soft cheeses which can spoil quickly.  Some boards/boxes contain seafood items which must be kept chilled until consumed.  All boards/boxes should be consumed before the end of 2nd day.

 

NOTE:  On Board Charcuterie Services is NOT responsible for handling or consumption of the boards/boxes after delivery.
